The operating leases that BBAM most commonly originates typically have lease terms ranging from 5 to 8 years. Where an airline is interested in a long-term lease of an aircraft, BBAM, working with NBB, can arrange finance leases with lease terms of 10 years or more. These leases are attractive to airlines since they provide the airline with 100% financing for an aircraft that the airline has determined is a long-term/core addition to its fleet. BBAM has arranged more than 100 finance leases for airlines.
