FINANCING SOLUTIONS

When an airline orders aircraft from a manufacturer, significant pre-delivery payments (PDPs) are typically required. These payments can be a significant use of cash flow for an airline and, in response to airline demand for a solution to fund these payments, in connection with certain sale-leaseback transactions, BBAM has provided several airlines with financing for these PDP payments. BBAM has provided airlines with more than $200 million in PDP financing.
